"14. Fencing. ... Should fencing apply to a well site(s), the design and construction of such fencing shall be approved by the Planning and Development Department prior to the construction of any site. If a chain link fence is required to achieve safety requirements set by the COGCC, then landscaping and other screening mechanisms shall be required that comply with the County's Development Standards and Regulations and the Operator's safety requirements." |
